Words wander on the path, and wisdom gives direction. Whether one wanders, sits, or remains in a humble abode, wisdom guides all.

The company of saints is never fruitless. Those who sow seeds in fertile soil will yield abundant flowers and fruits.
Do not engage in bad company; a stone does not become wet by water. A drop of water falling into a shell's mouth cannot save it from the snake's bite.

Even if you fall from the peak of a mountain or the middle of the earth, do not befriend a foolish person; you will be lost in the dark current.

Even if one is born into a high caste, their actions may not be high. A pot filled with gold is still filled with wine; so is a person who criticizes the saints.
